Castle Heights is the ultimate in home from home holiday accommodation. Tastefully appointed and with 'every convenience' thoughtfully anticipated, you can literally throw some clothes in a suitcase and set off. Perfect for the busy family or couple.
The location is every bit as good as the accommodation; built on the site of the former Royal Castle Hotel (frequented by George V) and set 500 feet above Lynmouth with stunning views of Exmoor and the sea.
The house is set in shared landscaped grounds with the recently refurbished 'viewing gazebo' exclusively available to Castle Heights residents.

Four poster king size bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin bedroom, family bathroom, kitchen diner, living room, family room with additional TV, DVD, video and CD player.

Exceptionally well equipped including the following: Flat screen TV, DVD / video, digital TV, music centre including CD player and radio, a selection of CDs, DVDs, videos, family games, fiction books, books about the local area and an ordnance survey map of the local area, extensive tourist information, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, telephone (honesty box), travel cot, highchair, stairgates, sterilizer, baby listening monitor, toddler bedguard, full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washer-dryer, toaster, food processor.

An initial stock of washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloths, bin liners, toilet roll, kitchen roll, soap, tea, coffee and sugar is provided.

Bed linen and towels are provided, including beach towels and tea towels (bed linen is not provided for the travel cots, as we find that most parents of young infants prefer to bring their own).
Private parking adjacent to the house.
