hillside above Lynmouth, with sea views. In a peaceful setting, with only the
sound of birds and water to interrupt. but just a short walk from the village
and it’s amenities.
The south west coast path runs along at the end of the drive, and the Lyn valley below provides a lovely walk from the property to Watersmeet and the surrounding hills.

A perfect location for sightseeing and walking along the North Devon coast and spotting the wildlife in Exmoor National Park.
