Guests are welcome to walk over the farm's 120 acres that has truly stunning sea views and amazing countryside with nearby salmon and trout rivers, 267 square miles of Exmoor National Park has some of the best horse riding, walking and mountain bike riding in the United Kingdom combined with our boundary to the National Trust Watersmeet estate of ancient deep oak wooded cleaves and fast flowing rivers. With nearby uncrowded secret coves and beaches and the world famous surfing at Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe just 30mins away or at the neighbouring harbour of Lynmouth! Where better to base a West Country Holiday?
Our guest bedrooms have either an en suite spa bath or window slipper bath (plus shower room/W.C. etc) or an
incredible steam shower complete with sound system (nothing like a steam with the Archers on the radio first thing
Sunday morning)!
Horses, dogs, children and muddy boots are welcome in our peaceful and tranquil home!
