Again entering the front door into the sitting/dining room, the kitchen is off to the left and is front facing. It is equipped with electric double oven, induction hob, fridge with icebox, and dishwasher. To the rear of the cottage is the bedroom, which has both a double and single bed. Opposite is the bathroom with bath, large walk-in power shower, W.C. and basin. From the sitting room a spiral staircase leads up to an outside balcony and small study room.
