GABLE LODGE
Gable Lodge is a family run
licensed guest house offering simple, clean, comfortable and family
friendly bed and breakfast accommodation with evening meals
available on request.
Gable Lodge has 6 en suite rooms. Two rooms
at the front of the house have balconies. Front bedrooms have
stunning views towards Summerhouse Hill and beyond.
JAY COTTAGE
Jay Cottage is a charming old
cottage built in 1751 in the West Lyn valley. Situated just a short
distance from the centre of Lynton at Lynbridge, it is ideal for
walkers with a range of walks from the doorstep and others within
easy driving distance. There is a footpath behind the cottage which
takes you directly into Lynton town in minutes. Nearby attractions
include the famous Cliff Railway, The Valley of Rocks and the
National Trust's Watersmeet. There are also many inns and
restaurants and plenty of cream teas on offer.
SINAI HOUSE
Sinai House has eight guest bedrooms all including Free-View TV,
coffee/tea making facilities, biscuits, water, hairdryer, clock
radio with a chocolate treat. In front of the House we have our own
private parking. We offer an amazing breakfast which is served in
the dining room overlooking the stunning views. In the afternoons
why not enjoy an afternoon cream tea on our patio. In the evenings
we invite you to sit outside with a cold drink and bar snack whilst
relaxing. We also offer evening meals from freshly prepared
ingredients.
THE ROCKVALE
The Rockvalel, originally a Victorian Gentleman's summer
residence stands in its own grounds in a delightfully sunny,
peaceful, central location on the south facing slopes of Hollerday
Hill, providing glorious panoramic views across the town towards
Watersmeet Valley, Countisbury and Summerhouse Hills.
Rockvale is the perfect place to relax and Barry and Alwyn will
enjoy making you feel at home immediately with refreshments and a
warm friendly welcome.
INGLESIDE GUEST HOUSE
Ingleside, awarded Visit Britains Silver Award for the last 5 years is only a
minute's walk away from picturesque Lynton village centre and has superb views
overlooking Countisbury Hill and the Lyn Valleys. Ideal base for a short break
or holiday, all our recently refurbished bedrooms are en suite, we have our own
car park next to the house, offer evening meals and a great welcome.

PINE LODGE
Pine Lodge was
built in the 19th century and nestles in landscaped grounds
overlooking the wooded West Lyn Valley. We are a 5 minute walk by
a well lit path to the village of Lynton and the picturesque
coastline.
CROFT HOUSE
Set in Lynton, with spectacular Coast and Exmoor's stunning scenery, Croft House
provides charming en suite accommodation with unique character, a small suntrap
garden, free Wi‑Fi, warm hospitality and a generous breakfast.
NORTH CLIFF HOTEL
The North Cliff Hotel, standing
in its own grounds, has some of the finest views of the North Devon coastline.
It is in a peaceful position some 500 feet above sea level on the well known
marine North Walk overlooking Lynmouth Bay and the beautiful Watersmeet Valley,
and a 200 metre walk to Lynton. With car parking facilities on the forecourt,
the hotel is an ideal base for exploring Exmoor National Park whether it is your
annual holiday or off season break.
CHOUGHS NEST
Set high above the sea,
on the spectacular north Devon coast, within the glorious Exmoor
national park, Chough's Nest is an ideal location for you and
your partner, to enjoy a few glorious days away from it all.
Our well-appointed rooms with their sea-views are all
en suite and include colour television, hospitality tray
and big fluffy towels. In addition there is the four-poster
`Nest' for that special occasion.
HIGHCLIFFE HOUSE
Originally
built in the 1870's as a gentleman's summer residence, Highcliffe
House, is now a beautifully restored guest house. Standing in its
own grounds approximately 500ft above sea level, it commands
stunning views of the Exmoor hills and coastline, Lynmouth Bay
and across the Bristol Channel to South Wales. It is secluded yet
only a few minutes walk from Lynton and the famous Cliff
Railway.
LYNTON COTTAGE HOTEL
The historic Lynton Cottage Hotel is a real home from home,
a country house hotel with spectacular sea views over
Lynmouth's picturesque bay set in the heart of Exmoor
National Park, North Devon.

If you are looking for a place to stay where the hosts
welcome and look after you, providing a relaxed and uncomplicated stay, then

with a glass of wine overlooking the sea, taking in the views of Wales and
the Exmoor Coast.
ST VINCENT HOUSE
You are assured of a warm welcome by the new owners Peter and Daphne at St. Vincent House.
The Georgian style house was built in 1834 by Captain Thomas Green, a master mariner, from prize monies he had received when fighting alongside Nelson at the Battle of St. Vincent (off the west coast of Portugal).
The hotel retains many of its original features, including fireplaces and a beautiful Regency staircase to the first and second floors.
There is an elegant dining room and the lounge is available for guests to relax in.
SOUTH VIEW
We offer friendly hospitality in our comfortable home. The house is
centrally situated in Lynton just a short walk from local amenities.
We have five en-suite rooms all enjoying the facilities you
need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
WATERLOO HOUSE
Waterloo House is a child free guest house suitable only for adults seeking a
relaxed, quiet stay with good food. After a full day out, enjoying the delights
of Devon and Exmoor, you can look forward to a relaxing drink and Devon's finest
produce in our dining room. With only one sitting, take your time and just enjoy
a fine food experience. There is forecourt parking for 2 cars.
Discounted tickets for nearby public car parks are also
available.
THE DENES
The Denes is a licensed 4 diamond Guesthouse situated in Lynton, North Devon
England. Lynton and its twin village Lynmouth are enveloped within the Exmoor
National Park and occupy an area of outstanding natural and coastal scenery.
The Denes itself lies at the entrance to the Valley of Rocks, where short walks
through the valley or up and over Hollerday Hill are just a step from our front
door.
The Denes is one of 'Devon's Hidden Places' and you can discover its Edwardian
charms as our previous guests already have. Sally and John extend their warm and
friendly greeting to you whether you are visiting for the first time or are a
returning guest. The Guest's TV lounge has its own feature fire place. Our
bedrooms are spacious with some original paintings tastefully complementing the
decor. The dining room has a wealth of literature from local maps and guides to
novels and non-fiction books; including 'Advanced Level Physics' should your
holiday needs require!
