Holiday Lodges.

Our Holiday Lodges all have full central heating and are open all year round including Christmas and New Year. The Holiday Lodges all have a lounge with TV and DVD player, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

The two bedroom Lodges have one double bedroom, one single or twin bedroom and will sleep up to three/four people. The three bedroom Lodges are as above with an additional single or twin bedroom and will sleep up to five/six people.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Linen is not provided but is available for hire. All of our Holiday Lodges are non-smoking.

One extra alrge two bedroom Holiday Lodge is completely wheelchair accessible and has a fully equipped wet-room in addition to s standard shower room. Sleeps four.

Gatehouse Apartments.

The Gatehouse Apartments have full central heating and are open all year round, including Christmas and New Year.

Each has a lounge with TV and video/DVD player, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bath and shower, one double bedroom, a twin room [Meadow View Apartment can take a thrid bed in the twin room].

The Garden Apartment will sleep up to four people and Meadow View Apartment will sleep up to five people.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided in each apartment. There is parking for one vehicle for each apartment. The Garden Apartment is pet friendly.

The site has a small licensed shop selling a range of groceries, wines, beers, toys and newspapers. There is also a fully equipped laundry, on site fishing and a licensed Café serving breakfast all season.

Weekend and Midweek Short Breaks: Any time outside of the school holidays we will be happy to quote for a weekend or midweek short break. If you book a short break of four nights or more between November and the end of February [outside of school holidays] you will receive a 10% discount on your holiday. During School Holidays we are happy to accept short breaks of four nights or more.

Garden Apartment: is open ALL YEAR ROUND. It completely self-contained and has full central heating making it ideal for an early spring or winter break. The Garden Apartment can take up to four guests and is pet friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Holiday Lodges: are open ALL YEAR ROUND. They are all completely self-contained and have full central heating making them ideal for an early spring or winter break. Duvets and pillows are provided but bed linen and towels are NOT.

Bed Linen and Towels: Where linen and towels are not provided they are available for hire. Double Linen £15 per set, Single Linen £10 per set and Towels are £10 per set.

Pets: Well-behaved pets, accompanied by responsible owners, are welcome in some of our Holiday Homes and are charged at £2.50 per night. Under no circumstances will pets be allowed into 'Pet Free' units, it is therefore essential that you tell us at the time of booking if you intend to bring a pet.

Christmas and New Year: The Apartment and Holiday Lodges are OPEN for the festive season. We will even cook lunch and do the washing-up on Christmas Day.

Discounts: If you book a two-week holiday at any time during the year you will receive a 10% discount on your second week.

Parking: There is space by each unit to park one car ONLY. Strictly by prior arrangement extra vehicles may be accommodated and will be charged at £3 per night. At the time of booking you must advise us if you intend to bring more than one vehicle.

Prices: All prices are inclusive of Gas, Electricity, Water, on site fishing and VAT.
