apartment is set in the most dramatic and wonderful location with stunning views
of the magnificent coast and Exmoor National Park from the main living room and
its private decked terrace. An idyllic setting offering the perfect escape from
the pressures of everyday life, for couples seeking a great location for a
relaxing or adventurous holiday or indeed a special occasion such as anniversary
or honeymoon.
The property is set adjacent to the owners spectacular hotel of the Victorian
era which is set amidst 28 acres of secluded wooded cliffs. Guests of the studio
are welcome to make use of the hotels gardens and grounds. Once in your studio
apartment, complete privacy is offered to those wishing to simply get away from
it all. Access from the hotel terrace leads to the private entrance of the
studio. Once inside the front door your own charming oak staircase leads down to
a small kitchen area which offers the facilities of electric oven and hob,
fridge, microwave. A laundry service is provided by the hotel.
Large patio doors
overlook the stunning views and lead out to your own private, decked balcony.
Comfy sofas set in front of the patio doors take full advantage of the views,
TV, video and stereo are provided along with an extensive library of books. A
dining area is at one end of the room and ,the other is dominated by a king size
bed on a slightly raised level to fully capture the views, without even having
to leave the bed!. Leading off the main living area, just beyond the kitchen, a
separate small shower room with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. We have to
mention that this shower room offers one of the best views that we have ever
seen! A separate door to the side of the main living area leads to your own
private patio terrace, the perfect spot for BBQs.

Linen and towels included. Oil Central Heating. One pet welcome at an additional
cost of £1O. Ample space is available if guests wish to bring their own travel
cot. One parking space within the hotel grounds is provided. Lynton and its twin
village of Lynmouth, offer a large variety of shops, pubs and restaurants all
within walking distance. Or for an alternative means of transport, the famous
cliff railway offers a breathtaking ride down the cliff-side to the pretty
harbour side village of Lynmouth which has its own pebble beach. For keen
walkers the area has so much to offer and the North Devon Coastal Path can be
found close to the property for easy access onto Exmoor National Park.
