Situated on the southern Exmoor
National Park border, between Bampton and Dulverton in beautiful
countryside, famed for walking, riding, fishing, water sports and
wildlife. Situated at the confluence of the rivers Barle and Exe
and 1/4 of a mile from the Exe Valley Way you are ideally located
to access a wide range of activities for all ages.
The Cottage, which is about 150 years old, sleeps 4 with 2
double bedrooms, one with twin beds. There is a comfortable
Sitting Room with a wood burner, a well equipped
Kitchen/Breakfast room with a Rayburn and additional electric
oven and a utility room. The rooms are newly furnished and double
glazed.
Satellite TV, DVD player, Radio/CD, a selection of DVDs, games,
books, walking guides and OS maps are also provided.
No smokers please but dogs are welcome.
