Lyn House is a fine Grade II listed
detached property ideally located right in
the heart of the picturesque coastal village of Lynton with each
apartment enjoying delightful sea and
hillside views.
This peaceful and convenient location is ideal for exploring the spectacular coastline and countryside of the Exmoor National Park with many stunning walks directly from Lyn House including the South West Coast Path and The Valley of Rocks. Many of our guests simply leave their car in our private car park for the duration of their stay to enjoy exploring this beautiful area on foot.
Just a few minutes walk from Lyn House you will find a choice of shops and supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, quaint tea rooms and the unique Lynton Cinema. The nearby famous cliff railway takes you down and more importantly (for the less energetic) back up from the pretty twin village of Lynmouth with its delightful harbour. The National Trust owned Arlington Court and Watersmeet are also within easy reach.
The apartments are
comfortably furnished and well equipped. The kitchens are fitted
with electric cooker and hob, microwave, toaster and fridge and
the living rooms have a TV, DVD player and CD/radio. Wi-Fi
Broadband access is also available.
Outside there are pretty terraces for guests to enjoy the views or just spend time relaxing whilst catching up with a favourite book.
Bed linen and towels are included and pets are welcome by prior arrangement.
Cots and high
chairs are also available upon request.
Weekly bookings start on a Saturday but short breaks can be available at other times.

Sleeps 2-4 This apartment has a charming double bedroom with views towards Summerhouse Hill and an attractive twin room with 2'6" beds and sea views. The bedrooms lead off opposite sides of a cosy and spacious living/dining room where a comfy sofa is positioned to enjoy the beautiful hillside and valley views. This is a perfect choice for couples and families alike.

EXMOOR
Sleeps 2-3 Exmoor Apartment has superb views from both the bedroom and sitting room. The large attractive bedroom has a king size bed and a single bed/day bed. The sitting room is furnished very comfortably with two sofas and the dining table is placed in the window to enjoy lovely views towards the sea. This is ideal for couples or a family of three.
