LYNTON

The flat is located in the centre of Lynton which is a small village, very pretty, and a short walking distance from the Valley of the Rocks.  Down the hill is Lynmouth – which you can access either via a steep walk down the hill or on the famous cliff railway.

There are shops, pubs within the village, so plenty of places to eat out and shop (If you would like too).

It has one bedroom with a lounge and kitchen area, an en suite shower room. In the lounge area there is a sofa bed and TV with free view channels and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted; there is a table and two chairs, tea, coffee, sugar, small cereal packs, toilet roll, kitchen roll etc. available for your use. Full use of utensils and kitchen equipment.

The lounge area has a coat rail and a storage cupboard which has magazines, books and books of local interest, dominoes etc.  Also if you wish to you can store shoes in the bottom of the cupboard. 

We provide duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels for you.  There is a full length mirror in the bedroom which has a shelf.  Wardrobe and 2 bedside cabinets provide adequate storage for a holiday.  There is a hairdryer available.
