This website has been designed on a PC and tested in Firefox 3.6 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.  If you have earlier versions of these browsers, formatting may not appear as designed.   However, all data should be perfectly readable.

The webmaster would welcome comments on design from all users but especially from those using computers other than PC compatibles or using non-Microsoft systems.
