The perfect setting about 200 yds from Lynmouth harbour with the cliff railway up to Lynton. A quiet spot with level and spectacular hilly walks from the doorstep, yet close to all facilities. The location is ideal for party members following different pursuits as use of car is not essential.

This 4 star cottage features a comfortable lounge/diner with TV and open fire (fuel included). A kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. Adjacent utility room with freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a ground floor loo. A rear door opens on to an enclosed courtyard, perfect if you have a dog.
Upstairs at the front overlooking the river is a double bedroom with its own bath/shower basin room. At the side is a spacious twin bedded room with lovely views along the river valley. At the rear is a smaller double room and a luxury family shower room with large cubicle, basin and loo.
The house is warm and cosy all year round and comfortable with no petty restrictions, linen, towels and a warm welcome included!
