Woodside Cottage on Tors Road in Lynmouth has views of the East River and is a very short walk from the harbour and all the amenities of Lynmouth. From Lynmouth there is the cliff railway up to Lynton as well as the road and footpaths. Just beyond the cottage is the foot path to the waterfalls at Watersmeet and the National Trust Tea Gardens.

The cottage has a modern kitchen with built-in appliances, luxury first floor shower room, new en suite bathroom to master bedroom, ground floor cloakroom, UPVc double glazed throughout with radiator central heating. Slate flooring to both kitchen, utility/drying room and dining room with an archway through to a pleasant lounge, 3 good sized bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds and one with bunk beds.

To the front of the cottage there is a small wall enclosed garden with flowering shrub borders. To the rear of the property is a small paved area. The cottage has the benefit of off-road parking for two cars and a garage.
